To travel to Egypt to film a music video for Ash will forever be one of my greatest personal experience. I'm honoured that my visuals can accompany a song from such a talented artist.
The video's purpose was to present the roots of where Ash grew up - from the people, the food, the vibe & the not so easy ways of life from Egypt. We didn't want to do a postcard video from Cairo or Montreal, but simply grasp the essence of his homes and to document the attachment he has towards them.
